Dhaka, Feb 26 (bdnews24.com) – A carrot-and-stick speech by the prime minister twinned with the negotiating skills of her political team brought to an end Thursday a bloody mutiny that killed many senior military officers.

Police took control of the BDR headquarters and the mutinous border guards retreated to barracks, the home minister, Sahara Khatun, said Thursday night, drawing the curtains on a 33-hour rebellion.

“The BDR members have gone back to barracks after surrendering arms,” the minister told reporters as she left the scene at 8pm.

BDR Mutiny- a distant observer

Yesterday went to office like any other regular day around after 10. Got occupied in setting up to do list. Shortly few after, Harun, our accounts executive said something interesting- he said that he saw 2 guys hit by bullets being carried away and there was a trouble going on at the BDR gate.

Getting curious we all ran towards the roof top, and saw some thick smoky clouds at the BDR location since Peelkhana was quite close from our office at Road#4. Added to our interest, heavy and rapid gun shots and cannon firing heard quite frequently. Jewel bhai got more curious, and started to making calls to different places to find out what was going on. He got few leads from the start, first was like they’re denying army officers order and as a result they’re in internal fights with the army officers; second source was one of his uncle received a call inside the toilet and said something wrong went on, but couldn’t gave a clear picture what was going on- it means, he actually didn’t know how massive the situation had turned over.

An interesting comedy, but has some sweet tomantic flavor with reality!

Plot: A group of Connecticut locals enroll in an adult-education beginner’s swim class

The film is an ensemble comedy-drama that focuses on a few people who are afraid of the water and join an adult swim class. Amy Pierson (Paget Brewster) is a calculus teacher going through a divorce with her husband, Paul (Grant Aleksander). Noah Owens (Jeff Branson) is the teacher of the swim class who is battling depression, until he meets Jordan (Jess Weixler), a beautiful casino dealer/exotic dancer who wants to learn how to swim. Other members in the class in`clude a cop (Kevin Porter Young), a cocky woman who already knows how to swim (Liza Lapira), and a married couple (Todd Susman) and (Darla Hill).

Also, at the same time, Jordan’s brother, David (Avi Setton) and his obnoxious friend Hunter (Ricky Ullman) are trying to make a documentary about her.

Somebody lately, asked a silly simple thing- how can he copy files from his computer to usb and he’s using linux? Actually any novice can ask this simple thing- as GUI interface is already became quite mature than earlier and ppl naturally forgetting command consoles. Anyways, here goes it like this-

mkdir /mnt/sda1
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
cp yourfile /mnt/sda1
sync
umount /mnt/sda1
