User Account Control (UAC) or Windows blocks a setup file

When User Account Control (UAC) or Windows blocks a setup file like k3_pki_setup.exe, it is usually because the digital signature is missing, invalid, or deemed unsafe by Windows security policies, the solution that worked for me-

Disable Admin Approval Mode (Advanced)

• If you are still blocked, Windows might be enforcing “Admin Approval Mode.”
• Press Win + R, type gpedit.msc, and hit Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
• Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options.
• Double-click User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode.
• Set it to Disabled.
• Restart your PC.
